Hello! My name is Sydney and I’m a Creative Director specializing in Experience Design. For fifteen years I have crafted award-winning work, shipped high-impact products, led multi-disciplinary teams, and brought interactive experiences to life.
I believe in taking an empathic and user-centered approach to design. I meticulously unpack the user’s journey and examine each design detail through the user’s perspective to deliver meaningful and intuitive experiences. My life-long enthusiasm for learning, my belief in collaboration, and my unwavering urge to conquer new challenges fuels my creative process and design practice.
For the past five years I’ve been an XR pioneer at Magic Leap creating new XR products and defining spatial experience paradigms. Prior to Magic Leap, I spent a decade designing interactive experiences for museums, airports, arenas, corporate headquarters, innovation centers, retail stores, cruise ships, and public spaces.
When I’m not transforming wild ideas into real-life magic, you can find me baking my heart out, cozying up with a riveting book, and spending time outdoors taking in the wondrous landscapes of the Pacific Northwest.
